Dock Watch Program

Welcome to the Dock Watch Lake Norman Program, an initiative brought to you by the dedicated Lake Patrol Division at the Catawba County Sheriff's Office. Our mission is to foster a stronger, safer, and more closely-knit community through the power of information and collaboration.

We believe that by working together, Catawba County residents can create a safer environment around Lake Norman for everyone to enjoy. Our program is designed to empower individuals and families to actively participate in safeguarding their community.

We aim to achieve this by establishing a network of vigilant residents who watch out for each other, report suspicious activities, and engage in community-building events. With a commitment to safety and a strong sense of community, we envision a Lake Norman where everyone feels secure, connected, and informed.

The Catawba County Sheriff's Office Lake Patrol Division is dedicated to providing Law Enforcement Services to the citizens and vacationers of Lake Norman through Crime Prevention, Drug Enforcement, Aggressive Patrols, and Education.
