All Catawba County offices and facilities will operate on their normal schedule Wednesday, January 28, 2026, with the exception of Bakers Mountain Park, Riverbend Park, and the Sherills Ford Sheriff's Office location which will all remain closed.
You will NOT receive a listing form for REAL PROPERTY this year. The next scheduled Revaluation will be effective January 1, 2027. If you have made improvements to your Real Property in 2024, please complete a listing form HERE or you may call 828-465-8436 to speak to an appraiser. Improvements should be reported to the tax office by January 2025.
