Winter Weather Closure Updates

With the anticipated winter weather, Catawba County is altering some facility schedules this weekend.

All Catawba County Parks (Bakers Mountain, Mountain Creek, Riverbend, and St. Stephens) will close at 2pm on Saturday, January 24.
All Catawba County Library locations will close at 2pm on Saturday, January 24.
Catawba County Animal Shelter will be closed on Saturday, January 24. Normally closed on Sundays.
All Catawba County Waste Convenience Centers will be closed on Sunday, January 25. The Blackburn Landfill will be open normal hours on Saturday, January 24 (normally closed on Sundays).

Updates will be provided later for what Monday forward will look like.
