DIY Junk Journal
Tuesday, November 5 at 6 pm

Junk journals can be used for writing, drawing or collecting things. Join us as we create a basic journal using old materials and giving them a new life for you to use.

Zumba Mondays!
Mondays at 6 pm 
November 4 at First UMC Fellowship Hall on Ashe Ave 

Kick off your week with a burst of Zumba, a dance and movement class that’s too much fun to call exercise. It’s appropriate for every skill and ability level and open to anyone 14+ (parental signature required for teens under 18).

Purl and Chain: Knit and Crochet Club
Tuesdays at 6 pm
St. Stephens Branch Library

Make new friends and enjoy the company of others while you knit and crochet. Bring your own materials. 

Gentle Flow Yoga
Fridays at 11 am
November 1 at Mountain Creek Park

A certified yoga instructor will lead us through a beginner-friendly, gentle flow yoga class. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel as well as a small blanket.

Mindful Movement
Fridays at 3 pm
St. Stephens Branch Library

Combining stretching with meditation may benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can do these exercises while sitting in a chair or bring a mat/towel for floor routines.  While this class is geared to 50+, adults of all ages are invited to join. 

NaNoWriMo Write-In
Monday, November 4 from 5 - 7 pm

Let's celebrate NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month)! Need the motivation to work on your next book or creative writing project? Come in and join other writers so we can all work together or separately! We will provide you with a calm productive space, chill music, and a creative bubble to get writing! 

Tech Coffee Chat

Chair Yoga

A certified yoga instructor will lead us through a beginner-friendly, gentle flow chair yoga class. Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance.
