If you’d like some self-defense mixed in with your fitness, learning a martial art might be just right for you! Ocean Drum Meditation

This guided, ocean themed, sound-meditation includes simple breathwork and cues leading into a peaceful meditation. Performed live with instruments from around the world including hand-made himalayan singing bowls, steel drums, and an ocean drum. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or blanket. A Treasure Chest for Umi no Hi

In Japan, the third Monday in July is a national holiday to give thanks for the ocean’s bounty and reflect on the role of the ocean. On this day, we’ll be repurposing items to make a small treasure chest, which you might use to keep your treasures safe.
