Every week, Local History Librarian, Alex Floyd, takes a 100-year dive into Catawba County’s past through the magic of newspaper archives. During that time period, our local newspaper was called the Catawba News-Enterprise and was published on Tuesdays and Fridays. Here is an excerpt from November 22nd and 25th:
