Santa's Winter Wonderland
Published: November 26, 2019
It’s going to be a holiday extravaganza at the library when Santa comes to visit and all the familiar Christmas figures make an appearance!
Santa’s Winter Wonderland will feature a host of storied locations, including the North Pole, Santa’s Workshop, the Reindeer Barn, the Elf Village, and Jingle Bell Lane. Each one will feature themed decorations and a variety of activities sure to make each child squeal with delight.
Among the attractions planned are videos, craft workshops, free books, and live music. Hot cocoa will help warm visitors coming in from the cold, and as a highlight, children are encouraged to visit with the Jolly Old Elf himself and whisper their wishes for the holiday season.
The Winter Wonderland will take place at the Sherrills Ford-Terrell Branch Library from 5:30-7 pm on Friday, December 6. It’s sponsored by the Sherrills Ford-Terrell Friends of the Library and is free and open to the public.
