Republic Services launches dedicated contact for Catawba County customers

Catawba County citizens now have a dedicated contact line with Republic Services.
For inquiries about pickups, your account or services, customers in Catawba County can contact Republic Services in two ways:
- A Catawba County phone line: 828-256-2137
- A Catawba County email address: CatawbaCountyNC@republicservices.com
The phone and email lines are intended to connect residents with a dedicated team familiar with Catawba County operations and services.
The phone line will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Depending on wait times, callers will have the option to request a callback rather than remain on hold, with most wait times or callbacks occurring within 5 minutes or less.
Residential curbside collection service is available in all unincorporated areas of the county through an agreement with Republic Services.
