Discover the Benefits of Chair Yoga

Are you interested in increasing your physical fitness but have limitations regarding what you can do?
Consider our chair yoga series, which offers the benefits of movement but without the intensity some exercises demand. You can do everything required while you remain seated in a chair without arms. We’ll focus especially on stretching in a variety of ways and using different techniques. As you limber up, you should be able to make improvements to your posture, increase your range of motion, and decrease your muscle pain.
The chair yoga series takes place every Tuesday in June (1, 8, 15, 22, and 29) at 1 pm via Zoom. To participate, register at tinyurl.com/ccls-ChairYoga.
