Cocaine Traffickers Arrested Following Multi Agency Investigation

Local, State and Federal agencies, conducting an investigation spanning months in duration, have arrested three people suspected of Trafficking in Cocaine. Dante Rashaun Ramseur, Holly Christine Furlough and Carlos Hernandez Landerio were arrested on 02/13/2023 and have been charged in connection with this investigation.
During these arrests investigators along with state and federal agents seized six kilos of cocaine, one half pound of marijuana and $3,590.00 in United States currency. During the course of this investigation a handgun was seized from Ramseur, a convicted felon.
Ramseur, a Hickory resident, has been charged with two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, two counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine, Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for the Purposes of Selling or Delivering Controlled Substances and Possession of a Firearm by Felon. Ramseur (43 yoa) received a $1,455,000.00 secured bond and has a first appearance in Catawba County District Court on 02/14/2023. Additional charges are pending.
Furlough, a resident of Madison Tennessee, has been charged with three counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine. Furlough (30 yoa) received a $1,100,000.00 secured bond and has a first appearance in Catawba County District Court on 02/14/2023. Additional charges are pending.
Landerio, a resident of Madison Tennessee, has been charged with two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, three counts of Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine and Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for the Purposes of Selling or Delivering Controlled Substances. Landerio (31 yoa) received a $1,400,000.00 secured bond and has a first appearance in Catawba County District Court on 02/14/2023. Additional charges are pending.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) the Department of Homeland Security (HSI) the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and the Hickory Police Department are partnering with the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division in this investigation.
