Catawba County Weather Closures

Due to anticipated winter weather, Catawba County Government offices, libraries, parks, and animal shelter will close at 12 p.m. today, Friday, January 10. Catawba County convenience centers will close at 2 p.m. today, and the landfill will close at 4 p.m. today.

The County’s parks, libraries, and animal shelter will remain closed through tomorrow, Saturday, January 11. The Landfill and Convenience Centers will remain closed through Sunday.

Any additional changes to the County’s schedule will be posted on the Catawba County website, www.catawbacountync.gov, and on Catawba County’s social media pages.
