Briefly describe your job. What do you do?
I measure, list, and appraise real estate

What is a typical workday like for you?
I like to begin the day by reviewing sales and making land adjustments. I also determine which properties need field review at which time. I then finish off the day by listing the information collected.  

What is your favorite aspect of your job – what do you enjoy doing most?
The aspect that I enjoy the most is measuring new construction homes. It is fun seeing the ideas and unique designs, once only on paper, be constructed.

What is the County core value you believe most relates to the work you do, and why?
Doing What’s Right is the core value I believe most relates to the work I do in revaluation. Integrity, respect, transparency, and professionalism lay the ground work for best serving the citizens of Catawba county. 

What do you like best about working for Catawba County?
Who you work with makes all the difference. My coworkers and leadership are great.
