Educated author Tara Westover grew up in a home that relied exclusively on herbal remedies for health and medical needs. This workshop led by Tim Yarborough, wellness director of Vital Plan, will provide a hands-on opportunity to explore the many culinary and therapeutic aspects of natural herbs.
