Home health care has changed tremendously over the past 30 years, and most recently with the implementation of the Home Health Prospective Payment System (PPS) beginning Oct 1, 2000. We are confident that CCHHA will continue to provide the citizens of Catawba and surrounding counties with the same outstanding care, compassion, continuity and customer service as evidenced by physician and physical therapist satisfaction survey ratings of 99-100% during the last fiscal year.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

We will provide a wide range of quality health service to the residents of Catawba County from birth to death in the individual's place of residence. We will strive to improve, maintain, and monitor the individual's disease processes to restore his/her health status to individual's maximal rehabilitation potential. We will provide health education to promote health through the prevention and control of disease or its exacerbation, rehabilitation of disability, and maintenance of a safe and healthy home environment.
