Changes to Service for Totally Teens Health Center and Child Health Clinic
Please note that Catawba County Public Health (CCPH) will no longer be seeing patients through Totally Teens Health Center or Child Health Clinic after August 13, 2010. Catawba Pediatric Associates, P.A. (CPA), a partner with CCPH for more than 20 years, will now provide comprehensive health services to the patients currently served through Totally Teens Health Center (TTHC) and Child Health Clinic.
Catawba County Public Health will continue providing nutritional counseling and immunizations to children and adolescents.
You may contact CCPH at 828-695-5800 to learn more about getting health care for your child and to obtain a release of information form for your child so their records can be transferred to Catawba Pediatric Associates or a medical provider of your choice.
