Located behind Catawba Valley Medical Center.  From Interstate 40, take exit 128 – Fairgrove Church Road.  Turn towards the McDonalds and/or follow signs for Catawba Valley Medical Center. At the light for the Emergency Room, turn left onto 11th Avenue Drive SE.  Catawba County Health Department is the first building behind the hospital.
