(No fee) Funded by Catawba County Partnership for Children (Smart Start), a dental health educator, in cooperation with child care centers and child care health nurses, conducts dental screenings and referrals; provides dental health education primarily by utilizing the Tooth Time program; and coordinates dental treatment for eligible children ages 0 - 5.
