I. Call to Order/Welcome

II. Public Hearing

1. A request by Crosland LLC to rezone property as follows:
Rezone from R-20 Residential and HC Highway Commercial to PD-CD Planned Development-Conditional District. Five parcels approximately 54 acres in size located in the Sherrills Ford Small Area Planning District, Mountain Creek Township, which is located at the southeast corner of the future intersection of NC 150 Hwy and NC 16 Bypass and further identified as PINs:


i. 3686-15-52-8863 (northwest portion of)
ii. 3686-14-42-7905
iii. 3686-14-42-4871
iv. 3686-15-53-0253
v. 3686-14-43-4006


These properties are proposed to be developed to include a maximum of 400,000
square feet of retail space and reserved area for community services.

2. A development agreement, pursuant to N.C.G.S. § et. seq. for the following properties or portions of, which total approximately 54 acres and are located in the Sherrills Ford Small Area Planning District in the Mountain Creek Township.

A telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD) is located in the Government Center and can be reached by dialing 465-8200. Access to the 100-A Southwest Boulevard building for individuals with disabilities is at the front of the building. The elevator is located nearby.
