Goals
|

To promote reading and learning as an important part of family
life in Catawba County.
- To
provide reference materials and information needed by children
and youth to complete special school assignments.
- To
provide outreach services to child care center in order to promote
early learning and pre-reading skills.

To assist public and private schools and homeschool families
in their task of educating future generations.

To encourage the use of computers as tools for learning and
to be a safe bridge to the information superhighway.
