You can check on your library account online via the Internet and see what you have checked out. All you need is your Catawba County Library Card number and a PIN number. To get a PIN number bring your library card and your Photo ID to any Catawba County Library branch and request a PIN number. You may choose a PIN Number that consists of 4 to 8 characters. Any combination of letters and/or numbers is acceptable.

PIN Numbers will not be assigned or changed over the phone. You may change your PIN Number at any branch with proper identification and your library card.

Once you have a PIN Number you can see what you have checked out by following these steps:

• Log on to the Catawba County Library Catalog Home Page at http://library.catawbacountync.gov/catawba/default.asp.

• Select the "My Account" Tab located on the top right side of the page.

• Enter your library card number and your PIN number. Click on the "Submit Request" button.

Your itemized account will include your address, phone number, items checked out, fees applied to the account, and the status of your Hold Requests.
