Someone who has medical bills in one or all 3 months prior to application date may apply for these bills, if all other eligibility factors are met

Linking Medicaid recipients to a Primary Care Doctor for their health needs in their community. Dental or Eye doctors are excluded.

A program for men, ages 19 through 60, women, ages 19 through 55, with income at or below the 185% poverty level, to receive family planning services.

A program of medical assistance for women enrolled and screened for breast and cervical cancer through the Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program.
