The Catawba County Building Inspections Division has been approved by the North Carolina Building Code Council to review plans and specifications on buildings listed in Table 502 (See Table Below) of the North Carolina Administration and Enforcement Requirements Code per Section 502.2.3.
Note: All buildings classified as city/county/state owned buildings are still required to be reviewed by the Engineering Division of the North Carolina Office of the State Fire Marshal.
