Go to the GIS Real Estate Map Server and type in the address of the existing building or property. Click on FIND to locate the property and see what Zoning District is listed to determine jurisdiction.

Once you have determined which zoning department you need, you may call them and ask any questions you may have.  The staff of that Zoning Department will be happy to assist you by explaining the process and requirements you will need to know.
