| Message from the Director: Thank you for allowing us to serve you. I hope you will find as you browse our web pages the answer to your specific questions or concerns, and if you stopped by just to simply explore our services, I hope we have provided you knowledge in your endeavor. It is my goal that Catawba County citizens receive morally sound and courteous professional service - serving our public is our primary goal. As you explore this site, you will find we provide many programs and services; solid waste management including waste reduction and education; building services as well as permit issuance and plan review; water and sewer projects, and erosion control and local code compliance. We are interested in your health, safety, and well being while you are in Catawba County, whether that is for one minute or for a life time.
