Election Systems & Software (ES&S) is the only vensdor whose voting equipment is approved by the State of North Carolina. The Catawba County Board Elections uses multiple types of voting equipment during elections.


If you chose to vote early at One-Stop Voting, you will be using the iVotronic touch screen machine. This includes handicapped accessibilty features. Click here for a demo of this equipment

If you are voting on Election Day, you will use a paper ballot with the Model 100, a scanning machine much like Catawba County used in the past. Click for more information on the Model 100 or see a demo
