ABOUT THE BUDGET OFFICE

The department has received the Government Finance Officers Association Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for nineteen consecutive years. In order to receive this award, a governmental unit must publish a budget document that meets program criteria as a policy document, as an operation guide, as a financial plan, and as a communications medium.

Reference copies of the budget are available at all Catawba County Public Libraries.
